David focuses his legal practice in the areas of insurance defense, commercial litigation and personal injury defense in Texas state and federal courts. He defends insurance company clients in extra-contractual and bad faith claims, and handles construction defect claims on behalf of contractor clients. David also has experience defending railroads in Federal Employers’ Liability Act (FELA) matters, including occupational injury claims, and grade crossing lawsuits.
David was a partner at two prior law firms in Fort Worth, Texas before joining Litchfield Cavo LLP.
