Nadia is a civil litigation defense attorney with a passion for advocating on behalf of clients facing complex, high-stakes disputes. She has extensive experience defending cases involving medical malpractice, professional liability, construction litigation, premises liability and catastrophic injury claims.
Prior to joining Litchfield Cavo LLP, Nadia gained valuable experience assisting mid-sized businesses with obtaining and preserving tax credits, defending health care providers in board complaints and various litigation, and handling a diverse range of liability matters.
Nadia equips her client’s with an understanding of the litigation process, including the collaborative development of an evolving defense strategy, strategic discovery, dispositive motion practice and successful resolution. Further, she has argued and prevailed on dispositive motions in Texas state and federal court, and boasts second chair trial and arbitration experience.
