Dawn concentrates her practice in complex commercial litigation matters including those involving antitrust, professional malpractice and various claims arising under state law. She has successfully defended corporate and individual clients in a variety of civil litigation matters including fraud actions, contractual disputes, confessions of judgment, construction defect and premises liability. Dawn has been successfully handling litigation matters from initiation through arbitration, mediation, major jury trial and on appeal. She has conducted independent investigations on behalf of educational institutions for alleged code-of-conduct violations, including claims of sexual misconduct. Dawn also served as an Arbitrator for the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas.
