Suchi concentrates her practice in the areas of insurance coverage, first-party property, general liability and products liability. She has experience defending carrier clients in insurance policy coverage disputes, and their insureds in complex litigation matters in Pennsylvania state courts. Suchi handles many aspects of the litigation process, from inception to trial or settlement, including preparing pleadings and motions, conducting discovery and depositions, and representing clients at hearings.
Prior to joining Litchfield Cavo LLP, Suchi practiced law at multiple insurance defense firms in Pennsylvania. She gained experience representing self-insured entities and local businesses in matters involving products liability, premises liability, construction defects, wrongful death and catastrophic personal injuries. Suchi also defended clients in professional liability, first-party property and subrogation cases.
After earning her law degree from Widener University Delaware Law School, Suchi was a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Lucretia Clemons of the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas. During this time, she drafted court documents and coordinated with state departments, attorneys and defendants to ensure the efficient operation of court proceedings.
