Connecticut Attorneys Obtain Dismissal of Coverage Claims
In this dispute, the Plaintiff was seeking coverage for property damage and personal injuries under our client’s policy following an auto accident he was involved in. The Plaintiff alleged that he was an insured under our client’s policy, and was seeking uninsured/underinsured motorist benefits. The demand was in excess of $15,000.
Our attorneys, Mike and Chelsea, contended that our client’s insurance policy was inapplicable because evidence reflected that the Plaintiff was not operating a covered automobile under said policy. Subsequently, all claims against the insurer were dismissed, relieving the insurer from liability.
