Matthew focuses his practice on construction accident defense and personal injury litigation in New York. He represents property owners, general contractors and tradesmen in matters arising under New York Labor Law Sections 240(1), 241(6) and 200, with experience managing cases independently from inception through trial.

Matthew’s broad legal experience in both civil and criminal practice includes construction defense and corporate litigation. He also was a prosecutor and handled violent crimes and domestic violence matters at the Richmond County District Attorney’s Office.

Matthew earned his Juris Doctor from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law as a Dean’s Scholar, and his bachelor’s degree in Political Science from The City University of New York (CUNY) College of Staten Island.
