Chaviante concentrates her practice on defending businesses in civil and commercial litigation, with a focus on general liability, complex contract disputes and construction defects. She represents clients in all phases of litigation, from initial pleadings through trial, and handles matters in both California state and federal courts.
Prior to joining Litchfield Cavo LLP, Chaviante served as business affairs manager for a global entertainment company where she oversaw legal compliance, risk mitigation strategies and contract negotiations.
