Stephen focuses his legal practice on representing businesses and individuals in trucking/motor vehicle litigation, construction liability, products liability and premises liability matters. He also handles toxic tort and catastrophic personal injury cases. Stephen has experience handling cases from inception to trial in state and federal court in Illinois and Missouri, and has appeared in numerous multidistrict litigation forums nationwide.

- Obtained summary judgment on behalf of our medical facility client wherein Plaintiff claimed she slipped on water at our client’s facility and suffered injuries; successfully established that our client did not receive actual or constructive notice regarding the presence of water on the facility’s floor.
