Ron has extensive experience in complex multi-party litigation along with the proven ability to negotiate efficient and successful resolution of difficult disputes. He is experienced in all aspects of litigation involving real estate, commercial and residential construction, premises and products liability.
As a former assistant vice president with a global insurance carrier, Ron brings insight to the relationships between client, counsel and carrier and quickly recognizes coverage issues when they present. He defends clients against employment claims including EEOC actions, personal injury including auto motor vehicle and catastrophic workplace injuries. He also handles malpractice matters for architects, engineers, legal and medical professionals.
