Sullivan is a litigator whose practice focuses on defending businesses and individuals with emphasis in commercial auto, premises liability and director/officer’s liability. His representative experience includes defending clients involved in trucking and motor vehicle accidents, including cases involving fatality and catastrophic injury. He has drafted and successfully argued dispositive motions in state court, and pre-trial motions in federal court.
While earning his law degree at Texas A&M University School of Law, Sullivan placed second in the Aggie Intramural Moot Court Competition and represented the law school in multiple mock trial competitions, including the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) Best in Texas Voir Dire Competition.
Sullivan’s interest in civil litigation piqued when he found himself at the forefront of a criminal defense firm’s transition into civil work. During summers, he clerked in criminal litigation on both sides of the aisle.
