Morgan concentrates her practice in the areas of general liability, insurance defense and construction law. She provides assistance with drafting pleadings, conducting legal research and managing client communications, and she supports all aspects of civil litigation, from case inception through resolution.
During law school, Morgan gained experience in toxic tort litigation and earned an Environmental and Natural Resources Law certification. Through this background, she gained a strong foundation in environmental disputes and the complex regulatory and liability issues that may arise from environmental concerns.
