Kalle is a litigation attorney with more than a decade of practice in complex civil litigation such as business litigation, construction defect, personal injury, trademark, partnership disputes, breach of contract, probate and business disputes. He has experience representing clients in matters ranging from high-value probate contests and elder abuse claims to intellectual property, trademark and commercial litigation.
Kalle has successfully handled cases from initial filing through trial, arbitration and mediation, utilizing a comprehensive command of statutory and common law to achieve favorable results. His practice includes navigating matters under California Probate Code, as well as prosecuting and defending claims involving undue influence. Kalle also guides clients through disputes arising from contract breaches, business operations and intellectual property rights. He is also skilled in providing strategic counsel on business entity structuring and preventative legal planning.
Kalle’s experience spans all phases of litigation, including complex discovery, dispositive motion practice and effective resolution through both courtroom litigation and alternative dispute resolution forums.
