“Bob” is a commercial litigator with nearly two decades of dedicated practice, focusing on business conflicts, construction disputes and professional services claims. He balances clients’ objectives with real-world considerations, providing counsel on topics ranging from complex multimillion-dollar negotiations to trial proceedings.
Bob represents domestic, nationwide and multinational organizations, spanning private enterprises and publicly listed companies. He also serves an array of clients in the construction industry, from general contractors and subcontractors to property owners, developers, architects and engineering firms. Additionally, Bob defends contractors and design professionals against construction and design defect claims.
