David D. Ryan

David concentrates his practice on construction and premises liability claims, as well as cases involving motor vehicle accidents and medical malpractice. His experience includes providing comprehensive representation throughout all stages of the litigation process—from pleadings and motion practice to depositions and settlement negotiations.

Previously, David was an associate attorney in Westchester County, New York, where he defended insurance companies involved in emergency medical center liability and nursing home liability matters. Prior to joining the New York Bar, he defended insurance companies against nursing home malpractice actions at a mid-sized firm in Stamford, Connecticut.
