Brooke navigates insurance coverage issues and litigation processes. Her experience includes conducting legal research and drafting legal memoranda, motions and briefs.
Prior to joining Litchfield Cavo LLP, Brooke worked at law firms and legal organizations throughout northwest Indiana. Her background also includes providing legal support at an Ohio employment firm where she designed presentations and prepared resources to assist business owners and human resource professionals who navigate the intricate landscape of state and federal workplace laws.
During her time at Ohio Northern University Pettit College of Law, Brooke laid the groundwork for her career by dedicating herself to legal research, writing and effective communication. She was an advocate on the University’s Appellate Moot Court team and competed in the American Bar Association’s National Appellate Advocacy Competition. Brook was also a legal intern and supported nonprofit organizations by providing guidance on incorporation and tax-exempt status acquisition.
