Won J. Sohng

Won has more than 20 years of experience defending general liability matters, including construction litigation related to New York State Labor Law, premises liability, municipal liability and motor vehicle litigation. Her legal career includes representing property owners, developers, general contractors, subcontractors and municipal entities in cases involving high-exposure matters, insurance coverage and risk transfer disputes. Won has handled matters from inception through trial in New York State courts, she has represented clients at mediations, and she has negotiated settlements.

Prior to joining Litchfield Cavo LLP, Won practiced law at other defense firms, and previously was senior counsel for two nationwide insurance companies.
