Eric focuses his law practice on civil litigation defense, including commercial litigation and insurance coverage. He handles matters involving construction liability, premises liability and personal injuries on behalf of his clients. Eric also defends insurance companies and their clients’ interests in Utah and Arizona state courts. Additionally, he collaborates with general contractors and subcontractors on liability exposure risks and outstanding payment obligations for construction contracts.
While earning his law degree at Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, Eric was an extern for the Arizona attorney general. During this time, he investigated and prosecuted medical care fraud. Previously, Eric clerked for a Maricopa County Superior Court judge in both the Family and Civil Department.
