Jacob focuses his practice on litigation, leveraging his extensive motion and trial experience. He is adept at navigating complex legal matters, from initial case analysis and discovery to final negotiations. He is recognized for his strength in legal research, clear and persuasive writing and effective oral advocacy.
Prior to joining Litchfield Cavo, Jacob served as an Assistant Solicitor General at the Fulton County Solicitor General’s Office, where he handled criminal prosecutions and worked closely with victims of domestic violence. In this role, Jacob gained significant trial experience, and also drafted a legal analysis on judicial dismissals that later was adopted as the Office’s standard response.
As a member of the Georgia Army National Guard, his background further includes valuable leadership and logistical experience gained as a First Lieutenant where he managed personnel tasks, medical readiness and supply requisitions for over 60 soldiers.
