Jairo practices in the areas of general liability, business litigation, trucking liability and medical professional liability. His representative experience includes handling cases on behalf of his clients to obtain favorable outcomes in a variety of areas of litigation at the state and federal levels.
Prior to joining Litchfield Cavo LLP, Jairo represented insurance carriers and corporations throughout southern Florida. He defended a variety of legal matters on behalf of his clients, including those related to regulatory compliance, contract review and general litigation. In addition to his litigation work, Jairo played a key strategic role in developing and managing a Special Investigations Unit (SIU) for a carrier client. He holds the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) — a distinction that reflects deep industry knowledge and is recognized as a mark of excellence in the insurance field.

- Represented an insurance carrier throughout a Florida Office of Insurance Regulation Examination with conclusory findings being in accordance with the National Association of Insurance Commissioners guidelines.
- Represented an individual through bench trial in a diminution in value case, successfully collecting damages and costs as the prevailing party.
