NaVarrio is an experienced litigation attorney with a strong background in healthcare defense and labor and employment law. He offers a strategic approach to complex, high-exposure matters and advocates for clients across a wide range of legal forums.

NaVarrio offers a global perspective, disciplined advocacy and a commitment to excellence. Prior to his healthcare defense experience, he supported the Office of the Illinois Attorney General as a consulting attorney. During this time, NaVarrio provided legal counsel to state agencies and assisted with defending against employment-related federal claims. He uses his balanced litigation background to represent clients on both sides of administrative, state and federal disputes involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage-and-hour claims, often arising under Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Labor Standards Act and Illinois Human Rights Act.

Earlier in his professional journey, NaVarrio participated in the WorldTeach program through Harvard University, serving as an English teacher where he leveraged his command of English and Chinese, lectured students and faculty, served as the first foreign hiring advisor and interviewer for local English teachers in the school’s history, and represented the inaugural mainland China program. NaVarrio was recognized with the Outstanding Teaching Performance Award by the Ministry of Education in Hunan, China.
