Mahan focuses her practice on matters involving premises and products liability, construction defects, trucking and transportation, breach of contract and insurance coverage. Mahan has experience managing a variety of complex civil litigation cases from inception to trial in both state and Federal court. This includes obtaining favorable summary judgments, taking and defending more than 100 depositions, and successfully resolving disputes without the expense of trial. She has handled a variety of matters including first-party coverage litigation, civil rights, trademark registration, commercial real estate and debt collection, as well as dram shop liquor liability. Mahan also is a current member of Litchfield Cavo LLP’s COVID-19 Resource Team.
Prior to joining Litchfield Cavo LLP, Mahan represented governmental entities, corporate clients and insurance companies.
