Litchfield Cavo Co-Sponsors 2022 DRI Senior Living and Long-Term Care Litigation Seminar 

Litchfield Cavo LLP will again co-sponsor the 2022 Senior Living and Long-Term Care Litigation Seminar, hosted by the Defense Research Institute (DRI), being held September 7-9 in Nashville, Tennessee at the Omni Nashville Hotel.

During this annual seminar, attendees gain insight on the latest topics and trends affecting the senior living industry. Seminar topics include: challenges and trends the industry is facing, strategies on addressing the staffing crisis, responding to requests for audit trails and COVID-19 related to the long-term care population. In addition to the valuable sessions and multiple networking receptions, a DRI Cares service project is scheduled to benefit Alive Hospice, a Tennessee nonprofit organization that helps families stay solvent and supports community memorial services, grief counseling and end of life education. This seminar draws in attendees that comprise healthcare providers, defense attorneys, in-house counsel, claims specialists, insurance brokers and other professionals involved in the defense of senior housing providers nationwide.
