Litchfield Cavo to Co-Sponsor Senior Living and Long Term Care Litigation Seminar 

Litchfield Cavo LLP is a co-sponsor of the 2021 Senior Living and Long Term Care Litigation Seminar, hosted by the Defense Research Institute (DRI). Unlike last year’s event, this year’s event is an in-person seminar taking place September 23-24 in Nevada at the Encore at Wynn Las Vegas.

The seminar will provide attendees with up-to-date information on the status of COVID-19 litigation, related defense strategies, and deep dive sessions into the variety of care senior living settings within the long-term care umbrella. Specific discussions include new developments in the understanding of the impact of COVID on varying long term care providers. Seminar attendees comprise healthcare providers, claims specialists, insurance brokers, in-house counsel and other professionals involved in the defense of senior living providers throughout the country.
