Michael focuses his legal practice on insurance coverage and civil litigation. He represents insurers and businesses in matters involving policy interpretation, coverage disputes and claims arising under general and professional liability.

Before joining Litchfield Cavo LLP, Michael was a paralegal in New Jersey where he assisted attorneys through all phases of litigation, from case development and legal research to discovery review and drafting case materials. He gained corporate and regulatory experience as a legal intern at a live entertainment company where he supported in-house counsel on contract review, policy analysis and compliance matters involving ongoing business operations.

Michael earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Illinois College of Law. During this time, he served as an editor for the Internet & Symposium section of the University of Illinois Law Review. Michael also served as President of the law school’s Privacy & Security Law Society, and was elected Juris Doctor student speaker for the Class of 2025 Commencement Ceremony.
