Dana concentrates her practice on insurance coverage litigation, construction site accidents, premises liability, trucking and motor vehicle litigation and asbestos litigation. She is also experienced in matters addressing claims for workers’ compensation defense, negligent security, breach of contract and products liability.
Dana previously worked as an intern at Diageo International, where her responsibilities included interpreting different states’ alcohol beverage laws to insure legal compliance with marketing and promotional campaigns.
- Successfully argued an insurance coverage dispute before the First Department of the New York Supreme Court, Appellate Division, wherein our client did not owe coverage to the plaintiffs attempting to be named as additional insured on our client’s Commercial General Liability policy. - Successfully argued an insurance coverage dispute wherein our client did not owe additional insured coverage to plaintiffs where it properly disclaimed coverage based upon untimely notice. See Pavarini McGovern, LLC v. Geiger Constr. Co., Inc., 58 Misc. 3d 1203(A) (N.Y. Sup. Ct. 2017)
