Mark has been a partner with Litchfield Cavo LLP since 2005. He focuses his practice in the area of insurance defense and other litigation. He has defended a wide variety of tort claims including medical, legal and professional malpractice, employment, products liability, premises liability and toxic tort matters, and has tried numerous jury and non-jury cases. Mark has conducted many injunction hearings and trials for bank related matters as well. He has argued appeals in Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Maine appellate courts and in the First Circuit Court of Appeals.
After completing law school, Mark served as a law clerk to the Justices of the New Hampshire Superior Court. Since 2002, he has been teaching trial practice and deposition seminars at the National Institute for Trial Advocacy (NITA).
