Pat handles a wide variety of civil rights matters, with an emphasis on Title VII and Section 1983 cases. His practice includes transportation, construction law, premises liability, land use and appellate matters. Pat also handles executive liability, professional malpractice, employer liability defense and administrative review cases. Pat routinely tries cases in both the state and federal courts and has appeared before the Illinois Department of Human Rights and Chicago Commission on Human Relations.
