Ronald L. Riggle

Ron has three decades of experience litigating cases in a variety of areas including general insurance defense, non-medical professional liability, construction defects and trucking liability. He has negotiated and drafted a variety of commercial contracts, and has represented clients in commercial litigation and matters involving surety and fidelity, and personal injuries. Ron’s representative clients include insurers, directors and officers (D&O), appraisers and sureties, attorneys, employers and contractors. In addition, Ron has handled entertainment law matters on behalf of musicians and professionals in the film industry.

Ron has tried cases in Louisiana state and federal courts, in Alabama, and in Virginia. He also has argued before the Louisiana Court of Appeals and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
