Peter has more than a decade of experience as a litigator handling all phases of litigation—motion practice, discovery, jury and bench trials, and ADR mediations and arbitrations. He vigorously moves cases toward early resolution and successfully argues dispositive motions, including summary judgment motions and motions to dismiss, on behalf of his clients.
Peter’s legal experience includes handling a variety of criminal and civil matters in both state and federal courts. Prior to joining Litchfield Cavo LLP, he was an assistant attorney general and defended state agencies and employees in civil rights cases. Peter previously represented veterans in cases ranging from civil matters, such as disability benefits cases and contract disputes, to criminal cases including assault.
