Rosanna Vargas

With more than 10 years of experience as a skilled litigator, Rosanna focuses her practice on construction liability, insurance coverage, products liability, business litigation and general liability matters. For more than a decade she has litigated complex disputes on behalf of clients, such developers, contractors, insurers, and corporate clients, in both state and federal courts.

Rosanna’s representative experience includes high-exposure claims involving construction defects, contractual disputes, personal injury and product liability. She manages all phases of litigation—from pre-suit investigation and discovery, through motion practice and trial preparation. She uses her comprehensive understanding of insurance coverage and risk management to deliver strategic counsel to both the insured and self-insured clients alike.

Prior to joining private practice, Rosanna served as a Principal Law Clerk in the New York Unified Court System. While in that role, she gained broad exposure to matters involving New York Labor Law,  premises liability, breach of contract and consumer protection. The judicial experience she gained during that period of time now provides her with a unique insight of courtroom dynamics and judicial decision-making.

Before her clerkship, Rosanna was a litigation associate at a national law firm, where she concentrated on commercial litigation and represented clients in the real estate, construction and insurance industries.
