- Negotiated tenant’s dismissal of claims against commercial property owner where tenant alleged $4 million in contract damages
- Represented a subcontractor client against Plaintiff, retirement facility operator, when hired to construct a storm drainage system as part of a new hotel; following oral arguments, the Court reversed their previous ruling granting summary judgment for the plaintiff on liability, and instead granted our motion for summary judgment in full
