Mary Beth has more than 12 years of experience in the legal and business world and uses this background when defending clients on insurance coverage and construction liability claims.
Most recently, Mary Beth provided strategic guidance and implementation support to large corporations with a management consulting firm. Her previous experience includes working at a California-based law firm counseling developers and general contractors working from their Las Vegas office. Mary Beth also has experience working at a nationwide insurance company where she advised clients in subrogation and mass litigation claims.
In 2020 Mary Beth was appointed to the Board of Directors of the Regional Transportation Authority (RTA), the governing oversight entity charged with financial oversight, funding and regional transit planning for the following operating transportation service boards: Chicago Transit Authority (CTA), Metra, Pace Suburban Bus service and Pace Americans with Disabilities Act Paratransit. In April 2019 Mary Beth was elected to the Village Board of Arlington Heights, Illinois.
