Jon focuses his legal practice on defending policyholders in construction and general liability cases, as well as insurers in coverage disputes and first-party property loss claims. His representative matters include defending general contractors and property owners in high exposure claims, such as gas explosions and multi-million dollar water claims. Jon also has extensive experience defending policyholders and insurers in motor vehicle accident and premises liability claims.
Earlier in his legal career, he handled complex matters involving major construction accidents and defects, fire losses, water damage, and mold and water infiltration.

- Obtained favorable jury verdict after a campground developer brought professional negligence and breach of contract claims related to the construction of their campsite, claiming deficiencies in the work of our civil engineer client; the jury returned a verdict in our client’s favor.
