Kaitlin concentrates her law practice in the areas of general liability, premises liability, personal injury, and construction liability resulting from defect claims, and a variety of complex civil litigation matters. She handles transportation, breach of contract claims, consumer and commercial debt collection, and eviction matters. Kaitlin has experience representing clients in state and federal courts in Texas—from case inception to trial, including motion practice, depositions and dispute resolution.
Prior to joining Litchfield Cavo LLP, Kaitlin practiced law at firms in the Dallas-Fort Worth metropolitan area where she represented financial institutions, corporate clients, construction companies and insurance carriers.

- Prevailed against claims of negligence and property damage wherein our plumbing service client performed work at a couple’s home and they refused payment; the Court granted our client the full amount requested plus costs and attorneys’ fees.
