Sarah concentrates her legal practice on insurance defense, as well as complex commercial litigation and collection. She represents insurance companies in general and professional liability claims, and personal injury cases involving construction, products, toxic torts and transportation.
Practices
- Prevailed for individual homeowner’s association client in a wrongful death action brought by the parents of a deceased minor following a tragic drowning in a condominium complex retention pond; the Court ruled in favor of our client and dismissed the action.
- Obtained summary judgment on behalf of a surgical center client in case where Plaintiff alleged medical negligence against our client and the co-defendant surgeon following ankle surgery at the surgical center; the court agreed with our attorneys and entered summary judgment in favor of our client.
