Jennifer is an seasoned litigator and trial lawyer who represents individuals and businesses with emphasis on personal injury matters including catastrophic injury, traumatic brain injury, wrongful death, and dram shop claims. Jennifer’s representative experience includes trucking and motor vehicle accidents, criminal acts of third parties, and premises liability involving apartments, restaurants, and commercial property.
Jennifer also represents physicians and medical professionals, hospitals and mental health institutions in complex health care liability matters. Her experience spans high-exposure claims involving alleged medical negligence. She manages every phase of litigation—from early investigation through trial and appeal—and brings strategic insight to both individual and institutional defense.

- Obtained defense verdict in favor of hospital involving leg and back injury during emergency room visit.
- Obtained verdict of minimal liability for hospital in highly publicized wrongful death suit of infant following delivery.
- Obtained defense verdict in favor of neurosurgeon involving back surgery.
- Obtained multiple summary judgments and dismissals for physicians and hospitals.
- Represented trucking company and its driver after a tow truck driver was loading our client’s disabled box truck onto their tow truck’s flatbed when an independent third-party tractor-trailer operator veered off the highway and struck the tow truck, fatally injuring the tow truck driver; the Court dismissed all claims against our client for lack of proximate cause.
