Blaine assists business clients with finding viable solutions to their legal issues. From pre-litigation dispute resolution to prevailing in the courtroom, he has experience navigating the legal precedent and delivering favorable results.
Prior to joining Litchfield Cavo LLP, Blaine gained litigation experience while practicing at a Kansas City, Missouri firm where he handled construction and commercial matters. Previously, he was an attorney at the Kansas Court of Appeals where he honed his legal research and writing skills.

- Obtained defense verdict after patron claimed she tripped on a rug in our restaurant client’s entryway and sustained a broken femur; the jury found that our client owed no duty, and thus bore no liability, finding in favor of our client.
