Stephanie focuses her practice on insurance coverage and the defense of complex commercial litigation. She concentrates her coverage practice in the areas of construction defect, first-party property, errors and omissions (E&O), bad faith and reformation. Stephanie also defends policyholders in complex litigation including products liability, premises liability, construction and professional liability matters. Additionally, she represents financial institutions against claims under the state and federal consumer protection statutes.

Stephanie formerly worked as a judicial clerk in the Milwaukee County Circuit Court.

  • Obtained favorable jury verdict after a campground developer brought professional negligence and breach of contract claims related to the construction of their campsite, claiming deficiencies in the work of our civil engineer client; the jury returned a verdict in our client’s favor.
