Stephanie focuses her practice on insurance coverage and the defense of complex commercial litigation. She concentrates her coverage practice in the areas of construction defect and mold claims, uninsured and underinsured motorist, personal and advertising injuries, first-party property, bad faith and reformation. In addition, Stephanie defends policyholders in complex litigation including products liability, premises liability, construction and professional liability matters.
Stephanie defends financial institutions against claims under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA), the Truth in Lending Act (TILA) and state consumer acts. She formerly worked as a judicial clerk in the Milwaukee County Circuit Court.
