For nearly 30 years, Jason has successfully represented both corporate and individual clients in a variety of complex legal matters, including those involving financial institutions, class actions, and catastrophic personal injuries. He possesses extensive trial experience in both state and federal courts nationwide, advocating for clients such as credit unions, condominium associations, commercial landlords, licensed professionals, and entities in the construction industry. His expertise also encompasses the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act (BIPA), cyber liability cases, as well as malpractice and professional liability claims. Additionally, Jason provides invaluable assistance to his clients in navigating corporate structures and formations, resolving contract disputes, and defending officers and directors against a variety of legal challenges.
As a distinguished trial attorney, Jason is frequently retained to represent business and commercial entities facing multi-million dollar exposures. By leveraging his extensive litigation and corporate experience, along with his acute professional judgment, Jason is committed to delivering sound legal strategies tailored to meet the specific needs and expectations of his clients. He is well-respected within the legal community, frequently serving as a lecturer on a wide range of litigation-related topics and emerging legal trends.
Jason is a key member of Litchfield Cavo’s financial institutions team and presently serves on the firm’s Executive Committee. Jason previously held the position of General Counsel.
